Subscription Terms

Billing, renewals, cancellation, and our strict no‑refund policy for platform subscriptions.

1.1 These Subscription Terms apply to all recurring or one-time fees paid to X Operators Group for parent plans (e.g. Plus), tutor plans (e.g. Pro), partner or agency plans, add-ons, and paid platform features.

1. SCOPE

1.1 These Subscription Terms apply to all recurring or one-time fees paid to X Operators Group for parent plans (e.g. Plus), tutor plans (e.g. Pro), partner or agency plans, add-ons, and paid platform features.

1.2 Tuition fees paid by parents to tutors are NOT TutuTap subscriptions and are governed by arrangements between those users, not these Subscription Terms.

1.3 By purchasing, renewing, or continuing a paid plan, you agree to these Subscription Terms and the Terms of Use.

2. FEES, BILLING, AND AUTO-RENEWAL

2.1 Prices are shown at checkout and may change for future billing periods. We will provide notice of price changes as required by law or as stated at purchase.

2.2 Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly, annual, or as stated) unless cancelled before renewal.

2.3 You authorise TutuTap and its payment processors to charge your payment method for recurring fees, taxes, and applicable charges.

2.4 Failed payments may result in suspension, downgrade, or termination of paid features after reasonable notice where practicable.

3. STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY

3.1 ALL SUBSCRIPTION FEES PAID TO TUTUTAP ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

3.2 Without limitation, no refunds are provided for:

3.3 Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals only. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any prior billing period.

3.4 There is no cooling-off refund for digital services except where mandatory under applicable law and only to the minimum extent required.

  • (a) partial billing periods or unused time after cancellation;
  • (b) failure to use the Platform or paid features;
  • (c) dissatisfaction with tutors, parents, matches, or lesson outcomes;
  • (d) account suspension or termination for breach;
  • (e) downgrade from a higher plan to a lower plan;
  • (f) promotional or discounted subscriptions;
  • (g) forgotten cancellation before renewal;
  • (h) change of mind after purchase.

4. LIMITED EXCEPTIONS (SOLE DISCRETION OR LAW)

4.1 The only exceptions to Section 3 are:

4.2 Any exception does not create precedent. Requests are reviewed case-by-case via hello@tututap.com within fourteen (14) days of the charge.

4.3 We are not obliged to grant exceptions even if granted previously to others.

  • (a) duplicate charge verified by TutuTap;
  • (b) proven billing error caused by TutuTap, remedied at our sole discretion;
  • (c) any refund strictly required by applicable law that cannot be excluded

5. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

5.1 You agree to contact TutuTap before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

5.2 Fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith chargebacks may result in immediate suspension, permanent ban, and recovery action including collection costs.

6. FREE TRIALS AND PROMOTIONS

6.1 Free or discounted trials convert to paid plans unless cancelled before the trial ends as stated at signup.

6.2 Promotional pricing applies only as stated. No refund if you fail to meet promotional conditions.

7. TAXES

7.1 Fees may exclude applicable taxes. You are responsible for taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
